These are true stories, told from first-hand accounts and my own experiences, although most of the details are accurate, some have had to be changed for reasons of security, narrative or memory. Some of the dialogue is accurate, some has been created to carry the story along. Usually, first names only are kept to protect identities and sometimes they are entirely changed in case there were legal ramifications. Please forgive these vagaries and aberrations, they are done to provide the reader with a complete and enjoyable experience.
