Advances in Mathematics Research. Volume 40

This volume includes five chapters that detail advances in mathematics research. Chapter 1 presents results related to the Euler–Riemann series, remarks on the Riemann zeta function, and the Riemann hypothesis. Chapter 2 describes a number of series and sequences, such as: binomial coefficients, the Taylor series, the Taylor expansions of the six trigonometric functions and the six hyperbolic functions, and the Fibonacci and Lucas sequences. In chapter 3, a reflexive Cournot oligopoly game with a network structure is constructed and investigated. Chapter 4 demonstrates that the interaction between frequency and temporal structures can be understood as the interaction of two mathematically linked periodic systems. Chapter 5 highlights faculty efficacy in boosting student achievement and investigates the utilization of Neutrosophic Soft Set (NSS) to evaluate and rank faculty’s quality, by means of Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) process.
