Der Einsatz von Schutzmaßnahmen vor Naturgefahren ist zentraler Aspekt der alpinen Kultur. Dabei verwundert es, dass die Diskussion darüber fachintern geführt wird, in der Öffentlichkeit jedoch kaum wahrzunehmen ist.
