Bibliography on ICTR, ICTY and IRMCT 2020 (English/French Edition)

The 2020 edition of the Bibliography on ICTR, ICTY and IRMCT is an updated version of the previous editions (2011-2018). It includes references to books, journals & periodicals, theses, comments and notes on judicial cases, with a focus on the jurisprudence and work of the IRMCT, the ICTR and the ICTY.

The bibliography is compiled by the IRMCT Libraries Team from both branches Arusha and The Hague. The Bibliography is an invaluable tool for gaining quick access to the literature related to the work of both Ad Hoc Tribunals including the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT) ''Mechanism''. The 2020 edition of the Bibliography on ICTR, ICTY and IRMCT is an updated version of the previous editions (2011-2018). It includes references to books, journals & periodicals, theses, comments and notes on judicial cases, with a focus on the jurisprudence and work of the IRMCT, the ICTR and the ICTY. The bibliography is produced every two years.

La bibliographie est compilée par les services des bibliothèques du “MIFRTP” basés respectivement à Arusha et à la Haye. La bibliographie est un outil précieux permettant l''accès rapide à la documentation relative aux travaux des deux tribunaux Ad Hoc, y compris le Mécanisme international appelé à exercer les fonctions résiduelles des Tribunaux pénaux (“MIFRTP”). L''édition 2020 de la bibliographie sur le TPIR, le TPIY et le MIFRTP est une version mise à jour des éditions précédentes (2011-2018). Cette bibliographie contient des références à des livres, des journaux, des revues, ainsi qu’ à des thèses, des commentaires et des notes sur des affaires judiciaires, principalement consacrés à la jurisprudence et aux travaux du MIFRTP, du TPIR et du TPIY. Cette bibliographie est produite tous les deux ans.
