The proceedings of the 14th annual conference of the FEBA at Sofia University focus on three discussions: on the fiscal and monetary crisis in Europe; on municipalities and enterprises in order to show development chances for governance, clusters and mergers; and on sustainability including ethical, political and technological aspects.
