Wie kommen wir von vernachlässigten, brachliegenden, leeren, stigmatisierten und monofunktionalen zu lebendigen, integrativen und durchmischten Stadträumen? An acht deutschen Standorten, unter anderem Berlin, Leipzig und München, wurden entlang der Themenschwerpunkte „Multifunktionale Stadtbausteine“, „Health City“, „Weiterentwicklung des Bestands“ und „Nachhaltige Transformation für bestehende Infrastrukturen“ Projekte entwickelt, die Möglichkeiten für inklusive Transformationsprozesse für Kommunen im Wandel aufzeigen.
