This book presents an anthology of important lessons gleaned from the experiences of participants in selected academic global surgery centers and existing partnerships all over the world. Contributing authors summarize methods to build partnerships and expand capacity with a focus not only on how to, but also on what worked, what didn’t work, and what could be done differently.
