Governance and Economic Growth in Nigeria: The Role of China and the U.S. between 2001–2011 examines why Nigeria experienced steady economic growth in GDP between 2001–2011. Saidat Ilo argues that improved governance as well as the perceived competition between China and the United States has impacted this growth.
