"Halicarnassian Studies" is a series concerned with Halikarnassos and Karia in all aspects: art and archaeology, philology, epigraphy and history. The purpose of the series is to publish results of recent investigations and field work as well as studies of a more theoretical nature. This volume consists of five articles on various themes related to very different aspects of ancient Halikarnassos and the Halikarnassos peninsula: Excavations in the Torba Monastery.
