Rebecca Powell is Dean, Department of Education, Marjorie Bauer Stafford Endowed Chair in Education, and Professor, Graduate Education, at Georgetown College. Elizabeth C. Rightmyer is an Education/Research Consultant. She directs the statewide Read to Achieve research project from which this book evolved.
