Havana Syndrome : A Threat to National Security

Havana Syndrome is caused by directed energy weapons that have been secretly developed and that are used in covert attacks on U.S. diplomats and intelligence officers. This may be the start of new era of cognitive warfare, which targets the brain to covertly incapacitate and directly affect behavior.

Havana Syndrome is most likely caused by unknown types of directed energy weapons, either of the acoustic or electromagnetic variety. The technology for such weapons has been under development since at least the 1960s.
