Mit diesem Jahrbuch, das sich als Forum für Fragen der «Humanisierung der Bildung» versteht, soll ein Beitrag zu einer Neuorientierung der Bildung auf freiheitlicher und sozial verantwortlicher Grundlage geleistet werden. Es geht um historische und aktuelle Probleme der Pädagogik in gesellschaftlichen Transformationsprozessen unterschiedlichster Art.
Berücksichtigung finden alle Teildisziplinen der Erziehungswissenschaft sowie ihre Grenzdisziplinen. Wie schon die beiden ersten Jahrbücher (1998 und 1999) beinhaltet auch das dritte Jahrbuch (2000) Arbeiten von Autoren aus vielen Ländern der Welt. Die Beiträge sind in Deutsch, Russisch oder Englisch verfaßt und mit Zusammenfassungen in diesen Sprachen versehen.
This yearbook offers a fresh view of education from a liberal and socially responsible standpoint. It is a forum for the Humanization of Education where historical and present-day problems in the world of pedagogy are viewed in widely varying societal transformation processes. Themes are taken from the many disciplines within and near to the science of education. As in the first two yearbooks (1998 and 1999) the present third volume (2000) contains contributions from all over the world. The articles are in one of the three languages German, Russian or English and have respective summaries in those languages.
