Imatinib : Chemical Structure, Pharmacology & Adverse Effects

Imatinib has brought a revolution in the management of Chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML), a disease which had very limited therapeutic options including allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and interferon-alpha 10 years ago.
