"In The History of Language, Dialectology and the Concept of Linguistic Change in the Thought of Eugenio Coseriu, the thought of the Romanian linguist is studied from the historical point of view. The analysis takes as its starting point the basic thesisof Synchrony, diachrony and history, namely, the fact that linguistic change has been, throughout the history of linguistics, a pseudo-problem and, consequently, there has been a series of consequences in the reflection around this science.
