As a school leader, your time is at a premium. That''s why the Journal has been designed to be flexible, quick and easy to use. Just a few minutes spent thinking through the key questions on each topic will be time well spent when it comes to supporting your continued growth and development as a leader. The Journal is broken down into a series of topics.
