Marcadores Discursivos. O Portugues Como Referencia Contrastiva

The studies gathered in this book analyze discursive markers of European Portuguese, in comparison with other languages. There are several theoretical points of view, several speeches in which the markers are analyzed, and different languages ​​confronted with European Portuguese.

A base de referência são corpora, traduções e outros recursos linguísticos relevantes. Os trabalhos incluídos no presente volume mostram a importância crucial da perspetiva contrastiva na análise dos marcadores discursivos, para a tradução, o ensino de línguas estrangeiras e a descrição linguística em geral. A relevância do livro advém de colocar os marcadores discursivos do português como centro da reflexão e da análise contrastiva. Saliente-se a variedade de pontos de vista teóricos, de discursos nos quais se analisam os marcadores, de línguas cujos marcadores são confrontados com os do português europeu.

Discourse Markers. Portuguese as a contrastive reference brings together a set of studies that analyze discourse markers of European Portuguese in comparison with other languages. The analysis is based on corpora, translations and other relevant linguistic resources. The works included in this volume show the crucial importance of the contrastive perspective in the analysis of discourse markers, for translation, teaching foreign languages and linguistic description in general. The relevance of the book comes from placing Portuguese discourse markers as the center of reflection and contrastive analysis. We highlight the variety of theoretical points of view, of discourses in which the markers are analyzed, of languages whose markers are compared with those of European Portuguese.
