Mawangdui Daoyin Shu : Qigong from the Mawangdui Silk Paintings

Mawangdui Daoyin Shu presents a series of qigong forms based on those shown on the famous silk paintings excavated from the Mawangdui tombs of Changsha, Hunan Province.
