Mr Noodle makes the most delicious noodles in town, but there’s just one unexpected problem . . .  One day in a gloomy town, a new place to eat noodles appears. Mr Noodle is an incredible cook and the food that he carefully makes is delicious! But soon, the townsfolk realise that his noodles are very stretchy, and they can do more than fill hungry bellies! One by one, the town experiments – turning noodles into skipping ropes, jewellery, wigs and toys. Mr. Noodle is appalled: 'NOODLES ARE MEANT TO BE EATEN NOT PLAYED WITH!'In frustration, he closes the shop. But when a storm floods the town and hope seems lost, it’s the very thing he tried to stop – the townspeople’s creativity – that comes to his aid . . . From an exciting new picture-book voice, this uplifting story invites children to explore creative play and encourages them to find new ways to see the world.
