Olmsted in Canada : His Influence, Disciples, and Legacy

Olmsted in Canada provides a comprehensive history of the American Olmsted Firm's profound and often overlooked influence on the Canadian landscape. While Frederick Law Olmsted Sr. is world-renowned for co-designing New York's Central Park, his legacy in Canada has frequently been reduced to one design, Montreal's Mount Royal Park.
