This book presents the select proceedings of the 20th International Conference on Humanizing Work and Work Environment 2024 (HWWE 2024) held in Kolkata, India, in December 2024, organized by the Department of Physiology, University of Calcutta in association with the Indian Society of Ergonomics, International Ergonomics Association and American Society of Safety Professionals (India Chapter).
