Production and Operations Management Systems

The evolving field of production and operations management (P/OM) is reflected in this P/OM text.　 Proper management of the supply chain beginning with acquisition and ending with distribution involves coordination with finance and marketing. With this goal, the book, Production and Operations Management Systems covers the major spectrum of decision-making functions from product development to the final delivery of the product to the customer. The book, based on analytical models, makes extensive use of Excel software. International aspects of P/OM are integrated throughout the text.
