This book focuses on the latest developments in economic research. Chapter 1 focuses on the Dragon gas field development for Trinidad and Tobago. Chapter 2 analyzes a retail network consisting of a logistic center (the principal) and outlets (agents). Chapter 3 attempts to examine the economic feasibility of developing the biofuel industry in Trinidad and Tobago. Chapter 4 assesses the progress made by Association countries of the International Energy Agency (IEA) towards achieving Sustainable Development Goal Seven (SDG 7). Chapter 5 explores the dynamic intersection between the knowledge and practices of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and their application in the business sector. Chapter 6 presents a three-level fan-like dynamic model of innovation management in universities. The three levels are the Federal Ministry of Higher Education (Principal), university administration (supervisor), and university staff (agents). Finally, Chapter 8 discusses the econometric modeling of the adaptation of the Russian economy to Western sanctions, the 2020 pandemic and the special military operation in Ukraine launched in February 2022.
