Revisiting the Fundamentals of EU Law

Drawing on the work of renowned scholar of EU law Bruno de Witte, this edited volume revisits core principles of EU Law, including the Court of Justice's shaping of legislative fundamental rights; constitutional trade-offs between capacity and control; and the EU's complex relationship with international law in global climate governance.
