Homo Faber: Expanding Across MediaRolf Sachs (b. Lausanne, 1955; lives and works in Rome) is a multidisciplinary artist and designer whose practice includessculpture, photography, painting, design, as well as architectural projects and set designs for opera and ballet.The first complete monograph mirrors the multidisciplinary approach by Sachs showing works from the 1990s up untiltoday. The book proposes a non-linear approach, tracing the artist’s oeuvre in a non-chronological way to reveal visual,conceptual, and formal connections.
