Sustainable Viticulture : Winery Wastes and Ecological Impact Management

Wine production is a major industry in many parts of the world, with particular environmental impacts at the various stages in the process. The distinctive waste management streams and the critical environmental and economic needs of wine-producing areas pose challenges for the industry and governmental bodies, and sustainability is becoming a key target.
