There is an inextricable relationship between the two because children are the future of humanity. As the future of humanity, they determine the fate of our planet. To understand why humanity is destroying our planet, first, we need to understand what it is that we do to children that they grow up to be destructive. If we want different outcomes to the current self-destructive ones, we need to change the way we raise children. To continue to do the same things over and over again and to expect different outcomes are sure signs of madness. And the world perfectly poised as it is on the edge of a cliff is the product of this madness.
