The Aspern Papers

''The Aspern Papers'' was first published by an American author known as Henry James, in The Atlantic Monthly in 1888. Eventually, the novel was published. The Aspern Papers, one of Henry James's most well-known and lauded lengthier stories, is based on letters Percy Bysshe Shelley wrote to Mary Shelley's stepsister, Claire Clairmont, who kept them until she passed away.
