José de Arimatéia da Cruz holds a Ph.D. in political science from Miami University in Ohio. He teaches international relations and comparative politics at Armstrong State University in Georgia and is an adjunct research professor at the United States Army War College.

Becky da Cruz is a former attorney who now serves as a faculty member at Armstrong State University, where she is a member of the Criminal Justice, Social, and Political Science Department. Dr. da Cruz earned her Ph.D. at Capella University in Minneapolis and her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law."
