The Newtonian Moment is a companion volume to a forthcoming exhibition by the New York Public Library from Oct 2004 to Feb 2005. The exhibit and book investigate the effect that Isaac Newton's theories and discoveries had on the growth of science and the shape of modern thought and culture more broadly.
