And then there is Pickle Girl—a saucy young lady, named for a thorny bush that grows out of solid rock and whose pickled buds are a condiment for wild game.The fictional story of The Star Namer and the Unchosen suggests how the Jebusites took over Jerusalem and became the stronghold able to resist the efforts of both the men of Judah (Joshua 15:63) and the men of Benjamin (Judges 1:21).
