The Desecrae has fallen, and the curse of Fourspires has lifted. Alix and Elliot may have survived the apocalypse, but they now find themselves in the lethal world of Newspires. Meanwhile, in the Netherworld, Taro has forced her way into the land of the dead in a desperate attempt to find Nixie. But the very last thing that Nixie wants is to be chased through the afterlife by her bone witch ex-girlfriend. The ghost of Sobweb still haunts them, even in death, and they’ll need to find a way to communicate with the living if they’re ever going to banish her once and for all.
