The country of Miseniya has been cursed. Witches have lost access to most of their power and have been relegated to second class citizens. Forced to seek out special licenses to peddle the dregs of their remaining magics, they live in fear and poverty. Only the Daughters of Hecate, advisors to the king, heir to the usurper, live in relative luxury. And they are about to gain a new member. CASTALIA is about to ascend to be the new Maiden Water of the Daughters of Hecate.
