Facing the loss of his business, his gang, his friends, and ultimately his life, Wrecker must hope for a miracle of deliverance. Strangely, the ghost of an opportunity becomes apparent at the old watermill, and in the millpond which sits directly above Mandrake's countryside headquarters. A well-engineered flood couldn't possibly be the answer to Wrecker's problems... could it?
