The Breadcrumbs Curriculum is a unique, comprehensive Social-Emotional Curriculum designed for children between the ages of 4-7. The two most distinguishing features of the Breadcrumbs Curriculum is its emphasis on the role of the heart and heart-center breathing in emotional self-regulation, and its use of the ancient Labyrinth as a tool for calming, centering, self-soothing and integrating new material. The curriculum is divided into five Units with a total of 20 Lessons, designed to be introduced over the course of and academic calendar year. Ideally the lessons will be conducted with groups of 12 or fewer students.
